Old dying woman had a temperature. The doctor was at the bed next to hers reading tarot cards. She showed me how to retract a fat vein from the neck and fold it to obtain a sample, it was congealed and contained a sticky milky sediment. The old woman go up and sprinted around the house.

...I was seduced by two strapping baseball players in uniform. They brought me a stack of dirty plastic cups that were different sizes and bent out of shape. I sipped the little bit of watery coke out of it and became pregnant. I had to escape in a noisy old pinto that ploughed through the earth.

...a colony of wriggling rats in a large box, mashing some of their heads to keep them contained. I transferred them to a series of smaller boxes, the last the size of a jewelry box.  I found it the next day submerged on a rock ledge since a deep chasm had formed in the back yard and had filled with water.

A colony of very small dog-birds the size of my thumb lived in a splintered shed. One had recently fallen ill and was dying. I rubbed cream on it's tiny back.

I was standing on a sandy beach and a trickling stream dividing it suddenly swelled with fast moving black water. A truck on fire went by. It was full of screaming people.

...I was supervising a little girl, morphed into a slick cat, traveling together searching for her mother. I had to hold her tightly because she would constantly slip from my grasp, run fast and disappear. On our journey, we encountered a variety of scenes: towns, mountains, oceans.

...I was at a party playing music but when I opened my violin case, three of my four violin strings had been replaced by razor wire, an eggbeater, and a shoelace. I attempted to play anyway with disastrous results.
